Financial Planning Administrator / Junior Paraplanner
High Wycombe
Up to £38,000 + Benefits
Full-time | Office-based for first 6 months, then 1 day WFH per week
An established and highly respected wealth management firm is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator / Junior Paraplanner to join its close-knit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial planning administration experience who enjoys a varied role combining client administration and paraplanning support. Initially, the position is expected to be around 60% administration and 40% paraplanning, with the potential for the paraplanning element to grow into a full paraplanning position time.
You will join a collaborative business where everyone works together to deliver outstanding client service. The successful candidate will be a team player who is happy to get involved in all aspects of the client journey and support advisers, paraplanners and colleagues across the business.

The Role
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Processing and managing new business applications through to completion
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Preparing documentation and supporting annual review processes
- Assisting with pension and investment research
- Producing basic suitability and annual review reports
- Supporting cashflow modelling and paraplanning activities
- Liaising with clients, providers and advisers regarding ongoing cases
- Tracking workflow and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Producing monthly valuation reports
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties
About You
To be considered, you’ll ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ experience within a Financial Planning, IFA or Wealth Management environment
- Experience in financial planning administration
- Working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- A proactive, positive and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a team environment

Candidates who are working towards the Level 4 Diploma or have started professional qualifications will be particularly welcome, although this is not essential.
