Administrative Project Support

Duration: 6 months
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid working 2-3 days in the office per week, the rest remote)
Pay rate: 30k per annum PAYE
Hours: Full time

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contingent worker to provide administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping ensure that key activities are tracked, coordinated, and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on document completion and approvals with stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and update Excel trackers and status reports.
  • Track action items and support the management of change control activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Update and maintain PowerPoint presentations, including project plans, timelines, and status updates.
  • Format and update SOPs and other documentation in line with approved templates.
  • Coordinate sample collection activities and support preparation of shipments.
  • Provide general administrative support to assist with project execution and operational activities.
