We’re hiring: Administrative & Social Media Assistant
Precision Neuro Clinic is looking for an organised, confident, and creative Administrative & Social Media Assistant to join our growing specialist neurodevelopmental service in Chichester.
The role will initially be two days per week, with the opportunity to increase to three days as the clinic grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding professionally to general enquiries
- Supporting appointment and referral administration
- Maintaining accurate administrative records
- Preparing routine correspondence and documents
- Updating Precision Neuro Clinic’s social media accounts
- Creating and scheduling appropriate content
- Supporting outreach to healthcare, education, and professional organisations
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic

Role Details
- £18 per hour
- Part-time associate position
- Initially two days per week
- Expected to increase to three days per week
- On-site at our Chichester office
- Training and guidance provided
We are looking for someone who is reliable, discreet, well organised, and comfortable communicating with patients and professionals. Strong written communication, attention to detail, and confidence using social media and Microsoft Office are important.

Experience in healthcare administration, mental health, neurodevelopmental services, or social media would be helpful but is not essential for the right person.
