Admin Support

Nottingham - 5x days per week onsite
£18 per hour via umbrella

We’re working with a well-known retail brand who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Support to join their team on an initial 8-week contract.

This is a great opportunity to support a large consumer product testing programme, working with a significant panel of registered consumers across both the UK and US.

The role

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative and communication support to the team responsible for managing the product testing programme. The role will involve keeping consumer records up to date, communicating important information and helping ensure participants are fully informed and ready to take part in product testing.

A key focus will be supporting communications around upcoming changes to legislation, ensuring registered consumers are made aware of the changes and are appropriately updated or re-registered where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
