Looking for more than a traditional admin role? We’re looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator to join a fast-growing, purpose-led business in Greater Leeds. This is a brilliant opportunity to become a key part of a small, ambitious team where things move quickly, no two days look the same, and your ideas can genuinely make a difference.
You’ll be at the centre of the action, helping keep the office running smoothly, supporting colleagues, working with suppliers, getting involved in events and projects, and finding smarter ways to get things done.
And because it's a growing business, there’s plenty of opportunity to learn, take ownership and progress.
🚀 What makes this opportunity different?
-
Startup energy, without the chaos. The business is growing quickly, which means you’ll have plenty of autonomy and the chance to get involved in things beyond your core responsibilities.
-
A genuinely international team. The team of around 40 people represents 10+ nationalities, bringing different perspectives, experiences and ways of thinking to the table.
-
Purpose matters. 🌍 Sustainability is central to what they do. You’ll have the opportunity to support practical sustainability initiatives within the business, as well as contribute to ESG reporting and communications.
-
Promoting within. 📈 The company believes in developing their people. Internal progression and promotions are a genuine focus, with opportunities to broaden your responsibilities as the business grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
