Role Overview
As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a key role within the Operational Team supporting the Managed Radio Services contract for the Metropolitan Police. This is a varied and fast-paced administrative and coordination role where you will be responsible for the efficient management of equipment records, stock administration, deliveries, and customer requests.
Working from our Kennington Park facility in London, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of logistics and asset management processes by coordinating equipment movements, maintaining accurate records, supporting customers and engineers, and providing essential administrative support to the wider team.
This position would suit someone who enjoys organisation, administration, customer service, and working with detailed information in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving deliveries from suppliers and checking documentation and contents against expected orders.
- Maintaining accurate inventory, asset, and stock records using systems such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Office.
- Processing equipment requests and preparing items for collection, dispatch, or delivery.
- Coordinating deliveries to customer sites and arranging courier collections where required.
- Tracking equipment movements and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Providing a professional and responsive service to customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the administration of secure storage facilities and ensuring stock is organised and accurately accounted for.
- Producing reports, updating records, and maintaining operational documentation.
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider Operational Team.
- Using company pool vehicles to support occasional deliveries between customer and operational sites.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, logistics, stores, customer service, or office support role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good data entry and record management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and managing information.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy operational environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearances.

Additional Information
- Need to be located for easy commute to London
- Met Police Security Clearance is required for this role, if a candidate does not already hold such clearance this must be achieved before they can commence in this role
