Administrator - Ipswich East & West Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Ipswich East & West Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INT) on a full time permanent basis at 37.5 hours per week. We are looking for an experienced administrator who is passionate, committed, innovative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to delivering high quality work.
The Ipswich East & West INT’s are based at Constantine House, providing an opportunity to work within a knowledgeable and experienced team. The team consists of district & community nurses, assistant practitioners, generic workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and social care workers. The teams are led by a clinical & operational leads and overall managed by 2 INT managers.
Responsibilities
- Supply chain oversight for both integrated teams (tasks include: placing weekly orders, putting deliveries away, maintenance of stock cupboard, stock rotation etc).
- Consistent provision of comprehensive and efficient secretarial/ administrative support.
- To use your own initiative, managing, prioritising, planning and organising own time using extensive knowledge, skills and experience.
- To be a ‘Team Player’ working in a way that encourages high performance from other staff, with the aim of maintaining optimum efficiency within the department. To support other team members to deliver an efficient administrative/secretarial service.
- To utilise the required technology/hospital systems / new technology or system (s) and support other team members to do so to deliver an efficient administrative/secretarial service.

Requirements
Candidates should be flexible, motivated, and willing to work within a changing environment. We will provide support through in-service training and professional forums, mandatory training, 1:1 and personal development meetings. The ideal candidate would have experience in using Integra, supplychain, Excel and HealthRoster.
