Role Description
The Administrative Support Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and customer-facing support to ensure smooth daily operations. Typical tasks include:

- Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
- Managing email and written correspondence
- Scheduling meetings
- Maintaining organised digital records and files
- Supporting basic accounting and invoicing processes
- Updating databases and CRM systems
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assisting with customer service inquiries
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Helping improve administrative workflows and procedures

08:30 - 17:00 or Flexible around school hours
£25,500 pro rata
Pension contributions, health insurance, death in service.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, document management, and organising digital records.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and supporting clients and partners.
- Clear Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and online collaboration tools).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a remote work environment.
- Experience in healthcare, medical distribution, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
