Role Description

The Administrative Support Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and customer-facing support to ensure smooth daily operations. Typical tasks include:

  • Managing email and written correspondence

08:30 - 17:00 or Flexible around school hours
£25,500 pro rata

Pension contributions, health insurance, death in service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, document management, and organising digital records.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and supporting clients and partners.
  • Clear Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and online collaboration tools).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical distribution, or a related industry is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
