Permanent, £29,300
Full Time Mon-Friday

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work at our Crawley Health Centre. You will be responsible for ensuring a range of Bupa Clinics UK services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with policy and procedure, all whilst providing an outstanding experience for our customers.
You will contribute as a support network in providing outstanding customer service to our customers every time they touch base with us.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
- Welcome each patient as they enter the Bupa Centre. Respond to all patients requests professionally and in a personable, accurate and timely manner
- Handle all patient interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, resolve patient complaints; assist patient in all inquiries in connection with clinic services and hours of operations
- Maintains data protection by following Bupa protocols
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Handle multi-phone line system, professionally answering calls, scheduling appointments, responding to email, and ensuring great communication with patients and staff.
- Ensure working & customer areas are always safe
- Financial administrative duties
- Accurate records maintained

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional, client focused customer service in person such as in retail, hospitality or in a similar role
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build rapport and put people at ease
- Great time management and flexibility, you’ll need to switch tasks and support where needed throughout your shift
- Excellent attention to detail, you’ll need to have solid computing skills and an understanding of the various Microsoft office packages
- Previous administration experience is preferable but not essential
