We make health happen
We are looking for a customer focused Administrator to join our team at one of our Canary Wharf clinics. In this role, you will provide essential front of house and back-office support to ensure our patients receive outstanding service from entering the clinic until after they leave. The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times, but with the support of your colleagues and team leader, you will finish each day knowing you have made a meaningful difference to every customer.
You'll help us make health happen by:
- Working on reception greeting and welcoming customers in addition to supporting the customer journey throughout the centre

- Supporting our clinical staff by preparing client files and scanning documents, allowing them to focus fully on patient care
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing local mailbox and emails
- Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly, including handling post, answering calls and emails, managing card transactions, processing invoices, and organising delivery notes
- Working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure client reports and correspondence are completed and sent within required timeframes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
