Are you a highly organised professional looking to make a tangible impact on one of the UK's most critical transport networks?

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our client's Asset Delivery team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the safety, resilience, and optimal condition of the M25 network.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the defect management team.
  • Manage and update maintenance data systems, ensuring accuracy in work schedules and instructions.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment in collaboration with the supply chain.
  • Produce professional reports and presentation materials for leadership.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • IT proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook are essential; PowerPoint is a bonus).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is mandatory, as this role involves travel across the network.
