What You’ll Be Doing
As an Admin & Operational Support, you’ll work at the centre of our operation, providing the essential coordination, communication, and administrative support that keeps the site running efficiently.
SHIFT PATTERN, 38 hours Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00
You will learn how to:
- Provide high-quality administrative support to operational teams.
- Manage reports, logs, records, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Use key systems to input data, track progress, and support decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including Operations, Transport, Engineering.
- Support staff planning, shift coordination, absence tracking, and general workforce administration along with developing Quality tracking.
- Assist with operational queries, problem solving, and customer-focused service.
- Contribute to smooth daily operations through effective organisation and prioritisation.

What You Will Gain

Job Description
What we will want you to do:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong resilience to get the job done
- High degree of numeracy and literacy as clear communication within the role is vital
- Ability to work under pressure as part of a small team while ensuring stakeholders are kept informed. Computer literacy essential with knowledge of MS Office desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality due to the nature of the information held
- Flexible and willing to learn other aspects of the teams responsibilities
- Ability to demonstrate ownership within the role
- Administrative skills. Experience of working in a resources office or similar desirable
- Good attendance and conduct records
- Clear onboarding plan provided to ensure success within the role
