Role Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team. This role would suit an experienced administrator or an individual looking to develop their career within a construction environment.

Working as part of a busy project team, you will provide administrative support across a range of project activities, with a particular focus on document control and information management. You will assist in the storage, management, tracking, and distribution of project documentation in line with company processes, procedures, and policies, helping to ensure information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, supporting the flow of project information, maintaining records, and assisting with the preparation of documentation required for project completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including document management, filing, record maintenance, and data entry.
  • Assist with the administration of document control and collaborative software platforms, ensuring project information is accurately uploaded, tracked, and distributed.
  • Set up projects using predefined templates and maintain document trackers, schedules, and drawing registers.
  • Manage user access permissions and support colleagues in the effective use of document management systems and company processes.
  • Support project completion and handover activities by collating, checking, and maintaining project documentation and records.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
