HiQ Tyres & Autocare is looking for an Administrator to join the team in our Birmingham Office. The role offered is a 3 month part-time temporary basis (with possibility for extension), Monday – Friday - 20 hours per week working from 2pm - 6pm on a hybrid work pattern, available immediately.
The role is to support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Operations Admin team.
What You’ll Do:
General Operations Administration:
- Manage uniform, stationery, consumables, and PPE ordering, maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Oversee WCFMC and BMG lead management, ensuring follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate waste collection, scrap sales, and monitor security systems such as alarms and CCTV.
- Handle office supplies, fuel card distribution, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Maintain records for vehicle maintenance, MOTs, service schedules, and inspections.

What You’ll Need:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and jobs.
- Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
