Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Administration Co-ordinator to join their growing plumbing business.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by managing daily schedules, coordinating job bookings, handling customer enquiries, and preparing purchase orders.

You’ll also maintain records, support general office administration, and liaise with suppliers, contractors, and the team to ensure everything flows efficiently.

We’re seeking someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Experience in administration, particularly in the trade or service sector, is a plus, as is confidence with computer systems and scheduling software.
