Administrator
Location: Leicester
Contract: Temporary, 3-week cover assignment
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support during a 3-week cover period. This role would suit an individual who enjoys working in a structured environment, can maintain a high level of accuracy, and understands the importance of handling confidential information. Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring records and documentation are maintained accurately.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Complete data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process and maintain employee or departmental records as required.
- Support with filing, document management, and routine administrative processes.
- Ensure information is updated and maintained across relevant systems.
- Carry out repetitive administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Respond to internal queries and provide general administrative assistance where needed.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
- The ability to remain focused when carrying out repetitive tasks.
- A methodical and organised approach to work.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Good communication skills and a professional manner.
- The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Desirable Experience
- Previous administration experience.
- Exposure to HR administration or working within an HR environment.
- Experience maintaining confidential records and sensitive information.
