A client of ours in the Tolleshunt Knights area are recruiting an Office Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary or temporary-permanent position working Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 4:45pm and paying £14.00-£15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Office Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Taking customer orders and scheduling trucks and drivers
- General office administration and customer communication
- Supporting with health & safety and vehicle/truck administration
- Assisting with accounts administration and keeping records up to date
- Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the office

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
- Previous office administration experience
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
- Good attention to detail and able to manage a busy workload
- Flexible, hands-on approach and happy to get stuck in as part of a small team
