Administrator (with Social Media) — Empire Mortgages Ltd Dunfermline · Full-time · On-site

Empire Mortgages Ltd is a people-focused mortgage brokerage in Dunfermline. Our advisers work with honesty and integrity to give clients clear, tailored guidance at every step of the mortgage process, and we pride ourselves on building trust-based relationships in a supportive, client-centric team.

We're looking for a well-organised Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and to help grow our brand through social media. It's a varied role: administration and client service are the heart of the job, with social media and marketing forming an exciting part of your week. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for clients and a key support to our advisers.

Administration & Client Service (core duties)

  • Managing our bespoke mortgage CRM (Active CRM) — checking, updating and keeping records accurate, and coordinating data in Excel
  • Handling incoming leads and website enquiries, booking appointments into advisers' diaries
  • Answering calls and client queries as a warm, professional first point of contact
  • Collating client files and inputting information accurately into the CRM
  • Preparing financial information, sending invoices and chasing payments as required
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, insurers and introducers
  • Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration and compliance paperwork
  • Organising tasks and tracking progress to keep applications moving
  • Planning and arranging company events
  • Finding creative ways to support the business and its directors
  • Handling sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
