Private Practice Administrator / Medicolegal Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a role as a Private Practice Administrator / Medicolegal Administrator in our Resolve Medicolegal Team.

Established in 2012, Resolve Medicolegal provides the highest quality personal injury and clinical negligence expert medical reports to solicitors in Scotland, whilst also providing first class clinical support and administration for Consultants' private medical practice.

We are passionate about what we do, and we provide a service that is second to none.

This is a dual role, split between supporting our private practice secretarial support team and our Resolve administration team. Day to day, you will type correspondence, upload documents to our system including scanning, speak to patients directly, and build relationships with our consultants to assist them in the efficient running of their private practice, whilst also liaising regularly with lawyers, medical experts and pursuers, both over the phone, by email and in writing. Whether processing expert medical reports or dealing with private practice patients, chasing information or arranging appointments, you will need to show a sensitive, confidential and professional approach at all times. Audio typing would be a huge bonus but is not essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
