We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-driven Customer & Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly team in Cirencester. The Role
As a Customer & Sales Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our advisers and ensuring our office processes run efficiently.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where accuracy, communication and teamwork are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing data and processing documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Quality checking applications to ensure smooth progression
- Liaising with insurers and internal teams to resolve queries
- Handling customer service tasks, including updating records and processing policy documentation
- Maintaining spreadsheets and data logs with up-to-date, precise information

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous insurance experience – full training is provided. However, you will need:
- Experience in administration or office support
- Confidence using Outlook, Word, Excel and other office tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, adaptable and team-focused attitude
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure
What We Offer
- £26,228 basic salary
- Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm)
