Description

The SAU Coordinator is a 4–6 week contract position that plays a vital role in the smooth operation of the Settlement Agreements Unit. This role focuses on accurate data entry, efficient file management, and providing seamless administrative support to executives. From managing the full lifecycle of settlement agreements to coordinating conference schedules, the SAU Coordinator ensures all administrative processes are handled efficiently and with attention to detail throughout the duration of the contract.

The Role...

A day in the life of an Admin Assistant is never the same, however a typical day will include dealing with incoming and outgoing post, filing, photocopying, opening and closing files as well as assisting lawyers with any other administrative work on their cases.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Admin Assistant who thrives in a busy team environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding support.

Whether you're managing correspondence, updating systems, speaking with clients on the telephone or supporting colleagues across the team, you'll play an important role in our day-to-day success.

To succeed in this role, you'll have previous office-based administrative experience, be confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems, and be comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email. Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable and eager to develop their skills. You'll be a self-starter who can work independently when required, whilst also enjoying being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
