Job Description:
Due to continued growth, BDP Heating and Plumbing Limited have an exciting opportunity for a Schedule Administrator to join our operations team based in Kirkby.
Schedule Administrator is responsible for planning the work for Gas Engineers across our coverage area, including scheduling gas servicing and repair works using our scheduling system.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience within scheduling work and customer service.

Role Details
The role is office-based, working Monday to Friday, 9-5, with opportunities to work overtime at weekends.
The role will include:
- Monitoring Engineer diaries to ensure efficiencies are gained and best routes for Operatives are taken
- Raising follow-on repairs and allocating work
- Working from generic mailboxes and actioning emails
- Handling calls from Operatives, internal and external customers relating to gas works
- Actioning and booking emergency and urgent repairs in line with BDP Heating and Plumbing Limited policy and procedures
- Scheduling gas servicing and repair works, using our in-house systems
- Communicating with customers in a timely manner concerning general queries

Skills and Experiences
- Some experience within a similar role within Customer Service or Business Administration is essential
- Experience of using multiple systems and processes to effectively schedule a field workforce
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer care skills
