The Common Point of Entry/ Gateway
The Common Point of Entry/ Gateway is the front door to mental health services across Berkshire. It is a predominately telephone-based service offering specialist mental health assessment and signposting to Primary, Secondary, and tertiary based mental health services in Berkshire.
We are primarily based in Bracknell, however, do offer face-to-face assessment and liaise with associated Primary, statutory, and Secondary care services throughout Berkshire.

The Role
The post holder will provide a high level of administrative support and maintain effective office processes and procedures in relation to routine and urgent referrals for the Common Point of Entry (CPE). The Role of CPE administrator is set within a busy open plan office along with the ability to work remotely.
The post holder will work under the direction and supervision of the Admin Manager and ensure good communication is maintained.
