We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Residential Lettings team based in Newbury on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied and collaborative role, providing administrative support across the Residential Lettings division, including the Property Management team. You will work closely with colleagues and play a key role in coordinating the registration of the new PRS Database for our clients, whilst also supporting a range of operational and administrative projects within the Residential team.
The role offers flexibility in working hours, and hybrid working will be considered.

Main Tasks
- Working across the Residential Lettings division, you will work with our regional teams and play a key role in managing the registration of the PRS database process for our clients, as well as working on different ad hoc projects for the Residential teams.
- You will be responsible for liaising with Landlords or their representatives, as well as internal colleagues, to ensure a smooth rollout of the PRS database.
- Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations within agreed time frames.
- Helping with the property management of our residential properties, to include posting invoices, processing works orders, dealing with compliance.
- Ensuring compliance is up to date.
- Provide general administration support to the office including other partners, managers and staff as reasonably required.
- Handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking any necessary action.
- Maintain close communication with other administrators across different divisions to help ensure efficient running of the department at all times.
- Effectively liaise with other relevant professionals to maintain a sound working knowledge of all relevant areas of work.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of compliance information such as Money Laundering.

- We are seeking someone with excellent administration/coordination skills.
- You’ll have strong customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good time management.
- Additionally, you’ll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- You will also be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and comfortable working with databases and any relevant software.
