We're looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team — someone with a sharp eye for detail, a can-do attitude, and the drive to learn new systems quickly. We’re also looking for someone who is open to embracing AI tools and using them thoughtfully to support the team, strengthen their own role, and improve efficiency.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants variety, responsibility, and genuine progression. You'll be working closely with the team, getting exposure to everything from supplier management and finance processes to guest communications and event preparation — no two days will look the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Apartments & Suppliers

  • Adding and updating apartment listings on our booking system (Beds)
  • Keeping supplier information current on Beds and our CRM
  • Preparing new supplier contracts and filing them digitally

Bookings & Contracts

  • Processing client bookings for the sales team
  • Chasing any outstanding contracts where needed

Guest Communication

  • Requesting and chasing client guest and travel details
  • Accurately inputting guest information onto Beds
  • Sending arrival letters to clients

Documentation & Filing

  • Keeping process documents up to date
  • Filing documents digitally on SharePoint and helping keep our filing system organised

General Office Support

  • Document support – generating various spreadsheets
  • Answering phone calls, booking business travel, keeping the office running smoothly (yes, including the plants!)
  • Stationery orders, laminating, shredding — the everyday admin tasks that keep things ticking
  • Operational support – creating apartment packs, key rings and supporting any general operational needs

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent attention to detail — you notice the things others miss
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to records and filing
  • Confident, professional communication, whether by phone, email or in person
  • A quick learner who's comfortable picking up new systems (Beds, Xero, CRM, SharePoint) — prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement
  • A proactive, flexible attitude, happy to follow up on tasks without being asked twice
