Co-ordinator - Residential Lettings
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Residential Lettings team in Bath on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to gain hands-on experience within a busy and fast-paced agency environment. Supporting our Residential Lettings team, you will play a key role in administering all aspects of the tenancy process, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey for landlords and tenants from application through to move-in.
Working as part of a collaborative team of six, you will be responsible for preparing tenancy documentation, carrying out compliance and anti-money laundering checks, registering deposits and acting as a point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords. The role also includes answering telephone enquiries and providing excellent administrative support across the lettings function.
The Bath office has a great collaborative work and social culture. We hold regular events including monthly office drinks and a range of team events throughout the year.

Main Tasks:
- Administer all aspects of the tenancy progression process for the Residential Lettings team.
- Prepare, issue and manage tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
- Carry out compliance checks, Right to Rent checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in line with company procedures and legislation.
- Register tenancy deposits accurately and within required timescales.
- Liaise with prospective tenants, landlords and third-party providers throughout the tenancy process.
- Act as a first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, providing a professional and efficient service.
- Support the referencing and application process, ensuring all documentation is received and processed correctly.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Lettings team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Residential Lettings team as required.

The ideal candidate will be a professional, organised and approachable individual with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will have:
- Strong administrative and IT skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive and solution-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Confidence building relationships with landlords, tenants and colleagues.
- Experience working in a busy administrative or customer-facing role.
- Previous experience within residential lettings, property management or the wider property sector would be advantageous.
