We are recruiting for an Administrator

We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established organisation based on the outskirts of Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised administrator to join a busy and supportive account management team.

Working closely with Account Managers, you will provide essential administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of client accounts and day-to-day operations.

The Role

  • Review, process and monitor requests through a client maintenance portal
  • Provide key reporting to Account Managers and clients
  • Support with the administration of client requests and tasks
  • Manage and respond to relevant emails in a timely manner
  • Input and maintain information across internal and external systems
  • Produce documents, spreadsheets and control sheets
  • Support the administration and maintenance of client files
  • Assist with the preparation and collation of work packs, RAMS and completion documentation
  • Ensure required documentation is returned, checked, logged and escalated where appropriate
  • Follow relevant health and safety and ISO procedures

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • The ability to work well as part of a busy team

Salary & Benefits
