An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Administrator working at our Barking office.
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team covering the bulk of the administrative tasks around the Barking office. This will include assisting contracts managers and the Southern reactive team.
Role Responsibilities
- Look after training including booking and tracking/chasing certs
- Organising electronic folders
- Answering calls/emails
- Tracking the return of paper documents
- CM invoicing and Purchase Orders
- Raising Purchase Orders (CM and sub contract)
- Look after the southern Admin inbox/queries
- Generating diary’s and wcns, uploading to onedrive
- MOD/BPSS vetting applications (e.g. Vinci/Vivo/BAE)
- Managing the BT Openreach contract
- Waste notes – chasers saving in the folder/saving from waste note library
- Parking/Dispensations/Congestion/ULEZ/Dart charge/Permits
- Printing/scanning
- Booking train tickets and digs, organising local parking etc. and incl. breakfast/restrictions
- New Starters forms (assisting MVP)
- Producing MTC-Control sheet paperwork for reactive works Tetra/Acorn/minor works
About You (Qualities & Qualifications)
- Competent on a computer and proficient in Microsoft 365 with the ability to pick up other systems.
- You will be an organised individual with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Telephone skills/speaking to customers etc.
- Able to handle a large workload
