We are looking for an Assistant Planner/Administrator to work within our Fleet Management Centre located in Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray. You will be supporting the existing Planning team administratively and practically as and when needed.
About The Role
On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
- Deal with invoicing, raising of PO’s, FMC time management, contractor repairs etc.
- Input specification data into the main system.
- Support the Planning team when required and step in to cover holidays and general absence as and when required.
- Liaise with / arrange on site contractors when required.
- We are a small tightknit team so a willingness to support colleagues is a vital attribute
