Administrator – Mortgage Support Team
Location: Norwich NR8
Pay: £28,000 a year

The Role
We are looking for a confident, proactive Administrator to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in helping clients get their mortgage from application to completion, working closely with our advisers, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to keep everything on track.

What You Will Do
- Act quickly on new client leads and allocate them to the right mortgage adviser
- Support advisers by helping their clients through the mortgage journey
- Chase updates from lenders, solicitors, and estate agents
- Key in and update client details on our internal systems
- Track applications and progress reports for advisers and partners
- Handle everyday admin tasks like emails, spreadsheets, and calls
- Help produce simple reports and support with marketing updates
- Be a friendly point of contact for both advisers and clients
What We Are Looking For
- Great communication skills, confident on the phone and in email
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Excel and admin skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
- A team player who enjoys helping others succeed
- Financial services or mortgage admin experience is helpful but not essential
