Office Administrator

Location: Birmingham

Be the Heart of Our Office

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Administrator to become the go-to person within our office environment.

This is more than a traditional administration role. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, support the smooth running of our workplace, coordinate meetings and events, and provide valuable day-to-day support to colleagues across the business. You'll thrive on keeping things organised, spotting problems before they arise and creating a welcoming, professional environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the main point of contact for employees, visitors and clients.
  • Managing reception duties and creating a welcoming office environment.
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, refreshments and visitor arrangements.
  • Supporting the planning and organisation of meetings, events and team activities.
  • Assisting with office facilities, supplies and day-to-day workplace management.
  • Supporting internal communications and helping information flow effectively across teams, including promoting health and wellbeing and social events, charitable events, etc. and act as a focal point in the office.
  • Providing administrative support to our Birmingham Senior Leadership Team.
  • Helping colleagues with Microsoft Office, Teams and other business systems.
  • Maintaining records, trackers and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
