Term time only plus Inset Days plus 4 weeks school holiday working
Scale F 6-11
Starting Salary £19,983.36 pay award pending
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the Central Human Resources (HR) Department within our Multi-Academy Trust (MAT). The role is based at Oakley School, Leamington Spa, and will involve some travel between Trust sites.
The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to work. Excellent ICT skills, strong organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Previous HR experience is not required, as training and support will be provided. However, applicants should have a genuine interest in administration and delivering a high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Central HR Department within the Multi-Academy Trust.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the role.
Requirements:

- Genuine interest in administration and delivering a high-quality service.
