About us
Here at Hothouse Beauty, we’re home to some of the UK’s most exciting beauty brands. Our portfolio includes St. Moriz, the award-winning self-tan and SPF brand loved by beauty enthusiasts and professionals alike, and Crazy Kids, our fun and colourful bathing range designed especially for little ones.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator to join our growing Innovations team in Sheffield. You’ll keep our technical documentation accurate, compliant and on time, and make sure the product information our customers, partners and regulators need is always ready.
This role suits someone with a sharp eye for detail who enjoys a busy, varied workload. It also suits someone who wants to build their knowledge of product compliance, accreditation standards and industry legislation.
Every product we make needs a solid set of documents behind it before it can reach shelves in the UK and overseas. That includes Product Information Files, certifications and export paperwork. You’ll play a key part in making sure that happens smoothly.
How you’ll work
You’ll report to the Innovations Manager. Day to day you’ll work closely with our Senior Chemists, Supply Chain Assistant, Purchasing Manager and Quality Assurance team.
The Innovations and Technical teams will set the standards and priorities. Your job will be to keep the documentation behind our products organised, accurate and up to date.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
