WE’RE HIRING | ADMINISTRATOR | REMOTE

Umbrella Financial is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team and support our advisers with client applications.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Permanent employed position
  • 100% remote working
  • Full-time or part-time – minimum 3 days per week
  • ÂŁ27,500–£30,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), depending on experience
  • Part-time salary calculated pro rata based on agreed working hours
  • 28 days’ paid annual leave including bank holidays, pro rata for part-time employee

  • Inputting client applications on behalf of advisers
  • Accurately maintaining client information and records
  • Supporting advisers throughout the application process
  • Liaising directly with insurance providers and underwriting teams
  • Following up outstanding requirements and helping progress applications
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to our growing adviser team

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience using OMS is highly desirable, alongside a working knowledge of iPipeline and SolutionBuilder.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong IT skills and confidence working across multiple systems
  • Proven administration and organizational experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple applications
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with advisers, providers, and underwriting teams
  • A proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to work independently while still being a genuine team player
