Are you immediately available and looking for a longer-term administration opportunity offering the security of a 9-month assignment? We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and established business in Aldershot on an initial 9-month contract, with the potential to extend further.

Offering an equivalent salary of approximately £28,000, this is a great opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience who is available to start quickly and wants the security of a longer-term assignment.

You'll join a busy Customer Service team, providing predominantly administrative support across customer records, internal systems, documentation and order processing, alongside some customer contact via telephone and email.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Service team
  • Processing and updating customer information accurately
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
  • Processing customer documentation and general administration
  • Supporting with order processing and associated administration
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Liaising with internal departments regarding customer requirements
  • Managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Providing additional administrative support during busy periods

About you

  • Immediately available or available at very short notice
  • Previous administration and/or customer service experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicating via telephone and email
  • Good computer skills and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Comfortable working within a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Positive, reliable and proactive
  • Able to commute to Aldershot five days per week
