My client is seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join an expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting day-to-day business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes while providing excellent support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

What Is on Offer

  • Between £25,000 and £27,000 per annum
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Ongoing training and development

Hours of work

  • Monday to Thursday 08:30 until 17:00
  • Friday 08:30 until 13:30

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing emails, telephone calls, and general correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and diary management
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Supporting the onboarding of new staff where required
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating with suppliers
  • Assisting with data entry and compliance documentation
  • Providing general administrative support across departments

The ideal candidate will have

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • A professional and positive attitude
