Working in the Sales team of a multi-national company that manufactures, distributes and installs covering systems for the haulage industry. This individual will operate under the supervision of the branch manager. The purpose of the role is to support the Sales and Administration team in all aspects of their day-to-day activities. This role will be predominately based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire although occasional travel to all UK locations and customer / supplier premises may be required.

General
- Handling company correspondence, including telephone calls, emails, and letters.
- Dealing with customer sales enquiries and processing customer orders.
- Working closely with colleagues across the company to ensure customer requirements are satisfied, in a timely and professional manner.
- Carrying out general office & warehousing duties in fast paced workplace.
Key Competencies
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to work with IT systems, experience with Microsoft Office package.
- Comfortable working as an individual and as part of team.
- Good communicator, able to work with people and build positive working relationships.
- Full UK Driving license.

Qualifications
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within an office and/or warehouse role.
- Experience working with stock control.
- Ideally some experience with working in an ERP package.
- Counter balance forklift experience and/or license (desired not required).
- Manual handling experience / general Health & Safety awareness.
