We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly successful and growing financial services business based in Liverpool, who are looking for a conscientious and motivated Business Support Administrator to join their close-knit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys variety and wants to play an important role within a small, ambitious business. You'll provide essential support across sales, underwriting and operations, coordinating loan documentation, liaising with external stakeholders and ensuring processes run smoothly. You'll join a friendly, collaborative team of 10 people with an informal yet professional culture.

Role Snapshot
- Job Title: Business Support Administrator
- Location: Liverpool
- Contract: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days per week in the office, 1 day WFH
- Salary: Up to £32,000 + benefits
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
- Experience within financial services, lending or another regulated industry would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence managing high volumes of correspondence, documentation and competing priorities
- Experience preparing and maintaining accurate business documentation and records
- Strong communication skills with confidence liaising with brokers, clients and external stakeholders
- Experience or understanding of KYC and AML processes would be beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, CRM platforms, SharePoint and document management systems
- A proactive, conscientious and reliable approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a small, growing business
