About Creative Support

Creative Support is a non-profit organization focused on delivering an excellent standard of care and support to vulnerable people. We work with the local government and NHS to provide this nationwide. We are looking for an administrator to provide the back-office skills needed to allow our dedicated frontline support workers to flourish.


About the Role

We are seeking a welcoming, friendly and hardworking individual to join our fast-paced Blackpool Office which is conveniently located in the town centre. You will be involved in providing efficient, responsive secretarial support to senior staff to help ensure that our services run smoothly. As an Administrator for Creative Support, you can be assured that the work you are doing is meaningful, and makes a positive impact on the lives of others.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external queries for our Blackpool Learning Disabilities Services.
  • Provide efficient, responsive secretarial support to senior staff.
  • Process data such as for preparing professional reports and graphs, organizing meetings/events, processing timesheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner is a must, along with the ability to take detailed messages and signpost individuals to the appropriate members of staff.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize a workload unsupervised.
  • Proficient with computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • At least one year’s experience of administration/reception work within a busy office environment.
