Administrator

Duration: 6 months - renewable

Location: Leatherhead

Rotation: Monday - Friday Schedule

Start date: September 2026

Contract: Inside IR35

Position Overview

This Administrator opportunity offers the chance to support a major project environment in a full-time, office-based setting. The Administrator will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations organised, supporting project personnel, and helping the wider team run efficiently. This position would suit a proactive professional who can manage varied administrative demands, work independently, and engage confidently with stakeholders. The Administrator will contribute directly to the smooth coordination of project activities in a fast-paced environment.

Role Context

This position is based in Leatherhead on a five-day-per-week office schedule, supporting a project team. The role sits within a professional project environment where coordination, responsiveness, and practical administrative support are essential to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering arrangements, and visitor logistics to support smooth project operations.
  • Maintain project administration records and registers, including vacation, equipment, catering, travel, and document logs.
  • Prepare, number, issue, and file project correspondence and letters accurately.
  • Arrange business travel, taxis, seating, and furniture requirements for team members and visitors.
  • Support new starters and visitors with access-related coordination and general onboarding administration.
  • Provide practical day-to-day support to project personnel as they settle into the UK, including assistance with accommodation, schooling, and transportation queries.
  • Assist with document management activities as required by the project team.
  • Help ensure meeting and office facilities are prepared and ready for scheduled team activities.

  • Previous experience in an Administrator role supporting a busy project or office environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter and engage effectively with client-facing teams and internal support functions.
  • Competence in Word and Excel.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting document management activities.
