Job Opportunity: Financial Services Administrator
Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator, Customer Service professional, or Helpdesk/Ticketing specialist looking for your next opportunity? Or are you a graduate with strong administrative experience looking to secure your first office-based role?
I’m partnered with a highly respected, fast-growing financial services company in Leeds that is looking to expand its team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking business where you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality support to advisers, clients, and internal teams. Whether you already have relevant office-based experience or are looking to take the first step in your professional career, this could be a great opportunity to develop within the financial services sector.
The Role:
- Act as a first point of contact for queries, providing a friendly and professional service.
- Provide helpdesk support for direct-to-consumer investment platforms.
- Deliver excellent email and telephone support to advisers, client services teams, and paraplanners.
- Manage and maintain support tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Track and monitor transfer business to ensure timely progression.
- Liaise with external providers to ensure business is processed efficiently.
- Set up and support portal access for staff and clients.
- Help maintain accurate data and reporting across platforms.
- Contribute to process improvements and overall team efficiency.
- Maintain a strong awareness of compliance, risk, and quality standards.

Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience within financial services, administration, customer service, operations, helpdesk, or ticketing would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Applications are also welcomed from graduates with strong administrative experience who are looking to begin their career within an office-based environment.
- Accurate, organised, and comfortable working to deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and personable approach.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in building relationships, learning, and solving problems.
