About The Role

Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts seeks an experienced Administrator for a temporary, full-time post with a public sector client in Edinburgh. Based in the city centre with hybrid working, the role runs Monday to Friday, 36 hours weekly, at £14.51 per hour. Initially a six-month contract, extension may follow.

Duties include:

  • Examining a report to identify matching details
  • Updating systems
  • Contacting external stakeholders for information
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Answering queries by phone and email
  • Alongside other tasks as required

Role – Administrator

Location – Edinburgh City Centre (hybrid working available)

Hours – Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week

Pay rate – £14.51 per hour

Start date – asap

Duration – temporary for 6 months, with possible extension
