Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join our team at Demo Co. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing essential administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organise files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is adequately stocked and functional.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
