Administrator

£13.89 per hour, rising to £14.67 per hour after 6 months
Monday to Friday | 8.00am–4.00pm | 1 early finish at 3.30pm each week
Hybrid working available – 2 days from home once fully trained

Are you looking for an administration role where every day is a little different?
We’re looking for an Administrator to join a busy and friendly team. This is a varied role covering administration, data entry, email communication and general office support, with plenty of opportunity to learn new systems and processes.

Once you have completed your training, you’ll also have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be involved in a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Updating and maintaining accurate information across internal systems and databases
  • Entering and checking data, making sure records are accurate and up to date
  • Preparing and sending emails to internal teams and external contacts
  • Requesting, checking and recording documentation
  • Arranging meetings, activities and other tasks
  • Using a range of computer systems to process work and maintain records
  • Identifying and resolving any errors or discrepancies in information
  • Keeping records and documentation up to date
  • Supporting the tracking of ongoing work and projects
  • Creating and maintaining digital records for work orders and operational activities
  • Responding to queries by email and telephone in a professional and helpful way

What are we looking for?

You don’t need to have experience in every part of the role. We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and keen to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Good attention to detail
  • A positive, flexible approach to your work
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
