Due to continued growth and recent contract wins, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a busy and expanding business based in Manchester.
This is a varied role where you'll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with a small, friendly team, you'll be given plenty of responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact from day one.
Whilst this position is initially being offered on a temporary basis, there is a strong possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right person.
The Role
You'll be responsible for providing administrative support across the business, ensuring operations run smoothly and clients receive a professional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritising a busy shared inbox
- Reviewing and processing reports before they are issued to clients
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Updating and maintaining customer records within the CRM system
- Coordinating schedules and supporting field-based teams
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Producing and distributing documentation and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring paperwork is completed correctly
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Assisting with process improvements and clearing administrative backlogs
About You
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to support the wider team

Desirable Experience
Experience In Any Of The Following Would Be Advantageous
- Construction Administration
- Engineering Administration
- Property Management Administration
- Facilities Management Support
- Service Coordination
- Contractor or Engineer Scheduling
Previous experience within the construction, engineering, property or facilities management sectors would be highly beneficial, although full industry knowledge is not essential.
This role would suit an experienced Administrator, Construction Administrator, Engineering Administrator, Property Administrator, Service Coordinator or Operations Support professional looking to join a growing business where they can make a real difference.
