About Caliber Financial Planning
We are a small, friendly and professional financial planning firm committed to providing high-quality advice and exceptional client service. Our team values integrity, accuracy and a supportive working environment where everyone can develop and thrive. We are looking to add a dedicated, organised, and detail-driven individual to our administration team.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting our advisers and ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and processing client documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and data
- Liaising with providers and clients
- Supporting advisers with administrative tasks
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the office
While we will provide training and support, applicants must have prior office experience. The right candidate will also have the opportunity to progress into a paraplanner role in the near future.

We are seeking someone who demonstrates:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable time-keeping and the ability to manage workloads effectively
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn

Location & Working Pattern
- Full-time position
- Based at our office in Chinnor, Oxfordshire
- Flexible working hours available
Salary
£25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
