Administrator

Location: Grazeley, RG7

Hours: 30 hours p/w (flexible)

Salary: £30–£35k (depending on experience)


We're looking for an organised, pro-active Administrator to join our small, growing team. You'll play an essential role in keeping everything running smoothly, supporting our office and our events.

What you'll be doing

  • Keeping our office team organised, including managing emails, schedules and records.
  • Supporting programme planning, including accommodation, permits and equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate programme, staff and client records.
  • Processing invoices, expenses and payments, and helping track programme budgets.
  • Supporting with pre-trip paperwork and queries.
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to our directors, office and field team

Who we're looking for

  • Previous administration experience (travel or education sector is a bonus)
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Confident using Google Workspace.
  • Experience with QuickBooks would be an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams and priorities within a seasonal business.
  • An interest in the outdoors, education or youth development would be great, but not essential.
