This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations and customer service to the hosts. Based in London, you will be responsible for updating the system, assisting with PO's, and answering enquiries on a live chat and ticket system.

Client Details

You will work for a prestigious events space which runs over 400 events throughout the year. You will start immediately until the middle of November.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
  • Maintain and update records and databases accurately.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.

A successful Administrator should have:
