School Administrator : The Role
As a School Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the school and help ensure the smooth running of the schools day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing general administrative support across the school
- Managing emails, telephone calls and enquiries from staff, students and parents
- Maintaining accurate records and updating school systems
- Preparing documents, letters and other correspondence
- Supporting attendance and student records where required
- Liaising with staff, parents and external contacts professionally
- Assisting with meetings, appointments and general office duties
- Handling confidential information appropriately

School Administrator : The Candidate
The school is looking for someone who is organised, professional and confident, with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise competing tasks.
Previous experience working within a secondary school or education setting would be beneficial. Strong communication skills, good attention to detail and a professional approach are essential.
