Are you a proactive, highly organised administrator who loves keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable Administrator.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be the main point of contact for internal and external enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service every step of the way. If you thrive on variety, take pride in keeping accurate records, and love solving problems efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact: Warmly greet and direct all incoming phone calls and email requests to the right team members with a professional, helpful attitude.
  • Request Management: Process incoming user requests efficiently, obtaining management sign-off where needed.
  • Stakeholder Support: Build and maintain great working relationships with both internal colleagues and external contacts.
  • Record Keeping: Keep systems up to date with precise, accurate data, ensuring reports and information are ready for managers whenever needed.
  • Operations Support: Raise work orders and purchase orders accurately using Dynamics NAV.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a professional telephone manner.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or a similar ERP/database system) is a strong plus.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with top-notch time management skills to hit deadlines consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence in managing administrative tasks independently.
